Our requirements for future employees of hsb are simple. We
expect commitment, open-mindedness and flexibility. At Hinke's
customer orientation is to the fore, which should go for every
future member of our team. Only with this attitude we will be
successful in reaching our goals.
To us commitment and open-mindedness do not only mean that
our employees fulfill their daily tasks independently, but
also that they are willing to develop and improve permanently
in order to face future requirements. Further training is
optional for our employees, but it is relevant for their
evaluation. Flexibility is necessary, because our products and
working processes develop continuously due to new demands of
the customers and due to new challenges. Product developments
must not only be initiated, but also supported and forced by
our employees.
